Isham Primary School has been with EasiPC for a number of years. We have been supported by regular visits from an EasiPC Technician and this year the school decided to buy into their Helpdesk Service as well.
The Helpdesk and the technicians are knowledgeable and extremely supportive; they carry out their work with patience, a sense of humour and a perseverance to resolve any problems. If the matter cannot be dealt with over the phone they will arrange for a technician to call into school as soon as possible.
The Helpdesk service has proved invaluable to our school as we’ve encountered a lot of problems lately with our broadband supplier. Without EasiPC’s ongoing help we would have been seriously stuck!
